Our local franchisee, Rob Preservati, began his journey with Chick-fil-A at the age of 16 when he accepted his first job at Chick-fil-A of Mercer Mall. After becoming a franchisee years later, Rob has stayed true to his commitment to focus on the growth and development of the people around him, working to ensure that both the community he serves and the team he leads feel comfortable and cared for.
